When it comes to generate better ideas, we’re all on the same boat.

Each of us – independently from our seniority or position – want to show up with great and creative ideas.

But it’s not always easy … during brainstorms sometimes we got stuck, no new ideas are coming, while a few people are dominating with their creative contributions.
